• When purchasing products/services at CCK, you can choose one of the following forms of transportation and delivery:
• • CCK directly transports and delivers to customers tangible products such as activation codes, servers, etc.
  • For online services, CCK will deliver to customers via Email, text messages and manage at https://id.cckvn.vn

2. Delivery time

• • Free shipping nationwide for all types of services/products.
  • Time frame from 8:00 to 17:30 daily.
• In case the product/service needs to be installed, CCK will provide free support through remote control software such as UltraView, TeamViewer, Anydesk,…
• In special cases for large-volume services, CCK will support on-site product delivery & training (costs will be calculated after agreement) for Hanoi city and neighboring provinces.
