Warranty policy
Warranty is a completely free repair and replacement policy for cckvn.vn products and services. This means that during the warranty period, if web design products or business management solution services are damaged and need to be checked and repaired within the scope and conditions of the warranty policy, all costs are completely free.
- All products and services provided by CCK Joint Stock Company to customers including : website, software, data storage server, hosting, email server will be supported with technical support and warranty during the usage period.
- For Google Workspace service :
- In case of product or service malfunction due to technical errors within the warranty scope, cckvn.vn will carry out product warranty, restore the most recent stable operating status, at the latest after 24 hours (or 48 hours – in case of two days off) under the following conditions:
- Customers must follow the instructions and advice on the use and protection of products and web services as prescribed.
- Customers must follow the correct operating procedures of the product and service and have not shown any signs of arbitrarily interfering with the technical items of the product.
- In case of incidents outside the warranty scope, due to usage errors and causes from the customer, cckvn.vn will promptly advise on solutions and support recovery in the shortest time with competitive costs.
- In case of product or service malfunction due to technical errors within the warranty scope, cckvn.vn will carry out product warranty, restore the most recent stable operating status, at the latest after 24 hours (or 48 hours – in case of two days off) under the following conditions:
- For website and software services :
- CCK Joint Stock Company only supports warranty and maintenance on the condition that the customer does not request to provide a hosting management account. In case the customer requests to provide a hosting management account, we will no longer be obligated to provide warranty and maintenance.
- After the website is designed and delivered, if the customer does not use the hosting service provided by CCK, we will be obliged to support the warranty of the source code provided to the customer at the time of acceptance and signing of the delivery minutes.
- To receive warranty, maintenance and technical support, customers need to use the information registered in the service contract with CCK Joint Stock Company including email and phone number to send support requests. We will not be obliged to respond or resolve if the customer information is checked and is not correct as registered in the contract.
- Warranty policy terms:
- Warranty for all existing, built, or upgraded functions of the product.
- Warranty for all technical platform related errors within the warned limits.
- The scope of the warranty does not include redesigning the old interface, building non-existent product functions, warranty for errors that arise not due to the product itself such as errors due to improper use, server errors, errors due to natural disasters such as natural disasters, fires, etc.
- Provide reasonable advice and timely support to customers when problems arise during product use.
- Customers can use email or phone number to request support for cases where website, server, hosting, domain, email server services are interrupted and need to be checked and handled urgently. Customers need to use the email registered in the contract to send support requests for all other technical support cases such as: upgrading, editing, changing information, providing administrative accounts (website, hosting, email server).
