Cancellation and return policy applies to all products/services of CCK
1. Cancellation policy
- Customers can cancel the transaction from the time they click the “Order” button until the time they confirm successful transaction activation. Transaction cancellation method:
- After successfully placing an order, if you want to cancel the transaction, please call Hotline 024.3776.7036 or email [email protected] or send a message on the CCK fanpage to cancel the transaction.
2. Return policy
- Defective products due to supplier
- CCK exchanges defective products/services for services that do not function as originally committed.
- Free return within the first 7 days of using equivalent products/services
- From the 8th, CCK will support customers 1:1 to ensure products/services operate as committed.
- CCK supports customers with costs for all cases of product/service errors within 7 days.
- The replacement period is calculated from the date the customer receives the information and according to CCK warranty policy.
- Customers who need to return products/services, please contact Hotline 024.3776.7036 for detailed instructions.
- Upon receiving information about products/services, CCK will have a reception department and will contact customers directly as soon as possible.
- Note:
- We only accept orders when providing accurate information about address and phone number. After you place an order, we will contact you to check the information and agree on other related matters.
- CCK commits that all products/services sent to you are exactly as posted on the website (with full invoice, official warranty).
- CCK exchanges defective products/services for services that do not function as originally committed.
- Return of products without defects
- CCK does not support returns of products/services after they have been provided to customers without errors during use.
- Product failure due to user
- In this case, CCK supports the recovery of product/service data or retrieval of login information if possible. If large costs arise, the customer will be responsible for the costs.
