Refund policy
The refund policy at CCK is considered a way to help customers feel more secure when experiencing services at CCK. Within 10 days, if customers are not satisfied with the service quality, they can submit a refund request.
1. Services that may request a refund
- Only the following services can be refunded:
- VPS.
- Hosting.
- SSL Certificate.
2. Refund policy
- Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of service payment.
- CCK does not refund services canceled due to violations of the Service Policy terms.
- CCK only refunds when customers submit a refund request.
- For bills under 200,000 VND, the refund amount will be added to your CCK account credit balance. You can use this balance to register or renew other services.
- Domain name registration and domain related services are not refundable.
- Refund time will be from 1 to 10 days depending on the customer’s bank or payment gateway when paying for the service.
- If the usage time exceeds 10 days according to the refund policy, CCK will refund the amount corresponding to the remaining usage time to the prepaid balance of the customer’s account at CCK. This balance can be used to register, renew the service and has no cash value.
3. Refund fee
- To ensure the balance of interests of both parties, we apply the following refund policy:
- Paypal Refund: Free.
- Refund via bank transfer: Customer pays transaction fee and 80,000 service fee.
- Refund via infor.vn: Free, applicable to customers paying via cck.vn. In case customers pay via infor with Visa/Mastercard, the refund will be via bank transfer, and the customer will be responsible for infor’s transaction fee.
- The payment method will be the same as the payment method you used at CCK.
4. Refund request guide
- Before submitting a refund request, customers must make sure that they have backed up all data on Hosting/VPS/Server. Customers submit a refund request via ticket and send it to the Payment Department or contact via email [email protected].
- In the ticket content, customers can write the reason if they want. CCK really wants to receive feedback from customers, so if possible, please let us know where we have not served well so that the service can be more and more perfect.
- Then within 24 hours the sales department will respond and help you with a refund.
- Hopefully with this policy at CCK will help customers can feel secure to experience our services.
